Before you start complaining about your life just count your blessings!
We have so much yet we always want more… and that’s ok, it’s natural for human being to grow, expand and to want more. Just remember to be grateful for what you already have! Your life itself is an amazing gift! Your ability to walk, speak, hear, see, taste – these are all huge gifts, yet we so often take them for granted.
Your family, friends, house you live in, bed you sleep in; clothes you wear are another examples of blessings. Even things like blue sky, sunny day, beautiful flowers and tiny butterfly are all gifts for us.
Take time each day to acknowledge and to thank for all that you have and experience. Once you send this vibe of gratefulness you start realizing how abundant your life already is. There’s another bonus of being grateful – it raises your vibrations to high level, which is much more effective vantage point for manifesting your dreams and desires. First then be truly grateful for richness of your life and then visualize things/circumstances, etc. which you would like to create.
Remember to see them clearly, enhancing your vision with as many positive feelings as possible and of course thanking for them! Yes, saying thank you for something you are creating is the most effective way of preying. How come?
Just because when you thank for it you already say to the Universe – ‘it’s here, I have it, it’s mine’ and you believe that this is true. Remember also that your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and your imagination.
When you practice gratefulness every day not only you raise your vibrations and you emit them to the world, there’s more to it too… Since you get what you give (or what you send to the word comes back to you) – you attract more of positive experiences. That’s called law of attraction. You feel better and you attract more of nice things – that’s double benefit! It takes no effort and brings amazing results!
I encourage you to use this simple method and to create your own ritual of gratefulness. Enjoy and have fun!
Love & blessings
